Miady offers product-specific warranties: our portable chargers and power banks carry an 18-month warranty; our extension cords are backed by an 18-month warranty; and our sealed lead acid batteries include a 12-month warranty. All products are additionally covered by our 180-day after-sales service commitment. If something isn't right, contact support@themiady.com and we'll take care of you.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real time.
